Tariffs are subject to change without notice. In the event of a tariff increase, bookings made and confirmed (by payment of deposit) will be honored at the prevailing tariff. Check In & Check Out Times Tenancy commences at 2pm on the day of arrival and Check Out is strictly 10am on day of departure. Bookings All bookings require completion of a short term holiday lease and a holding deposit of (by bank transfer or cheque) 50% of the total value of your accommodation at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received within 7 days of the tentative phone, email or fax booking we reserve the right to take another deposit without further reference. The balance is payable by bank transfer or cheque 7 days prior to booking or upon arrival by cash(with owner agreement). Bond A bond or $200 may be required as a condition of booking. Bond will be returned by way of bank transfer or cheque within 5 working days subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Cancellation For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival the full amount less 10% will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, there will be no entitlement to a refund unless the property can be rebooked for the same period.
